It’s a good sealer if you are on or above the roof, but not if you are under; it will drip. Apply to a small area at a time.

Flex seal has worked great for me for years, will most definitely keep buying this item for years to come with such durablety . Also Thank you for such fast shipping. P.S There is one thing I would like to ask, is there any way you can make more colors for this product.

this product is everything it says I had some older wter pipes that had the slightest of a leak ,I wiped the pipes down with a paper towel to discover the leak was from a very small area where pipes appeared to have some damage , not having time or cash to call for a repair I tried this spray out and within about 30 seconds I had the pipe sealed off and no more water was dripping, the spray however does drip inititially and I learned to keep paper towels near when using indoors, and the strong scent requires some good venting,, 6 months later now still no more leaking so I assume this product to be a fairly long lasting fix tho I am certain it is just a temporary fix as failing pipes will eventually need to be replaced or properly repaired by a professional, but to prevent more damage I went around the house and sprayed all threaded connections of every exposed pipe in the basement, or under sinks, one bottle goes pretty far too ive also sprayed several out door items that were years faded and had paint chipped away like a bird bath, and wind chimes , and basement window wells, these 2 cans covered quite a lot and I still have about half a can left to use. I think if I buy a 6 pack I might have a completely waterproof home, the more you use this stuff I think the more you'll find things to try and use it for, it seems durable and long lasting, takes a while to dry but it can seal a leak very quickly, if it is very small, and I imagine prevention is better than repair and ill be keeping some of this on hand to spray down any metal or wood items I find that can use a durable waterproof seal.

Pretty satisfied it just don't have enough elasticity but all in all not a bad product
