Best serotonin support supplement, and really tasty!!
This is one of my top favorite supplements of all times, and I've been studying and testing a huge number of them in the past year. These are DELICIOUS and have great texture!! Seriously! Zembrin and saffron are both well-studied serotonin supports that have been shown to have effectiveness equal to prescription serotonin medications in testing. Zembrin works through different mechanisms than saffron so theyre complimentary to each other. The dose of saffron could be a little higher to be ideal (25mg is the full level that's quoted to match prescription effectiveness), but Zembrin is at full effective dose here and they may have done this reduction of Saffron to prevent serotonin syndrome risk. Use caution if you take any SSRIs or serotonin related meds! I literally have zero negative things to say about this, I even feel like the price (currently around $24 for a bag) is very reasonable for the value of what you're getting and I'm on a tight budget.

100% worth it
I wish I could give it 5 stars but the smell I canโt get passed enough to do that lol love this stuff. I 100% felt a difference in the time Iโve took it versus when I wasnโt. It REALLY helps with post soreness and cuts my off time to a fraction of what it was. It helped me hit the gym and hit weights without hating myself for it. The ONLY complaint I have is that it smells like a gym bros armpit. Idk how they managed it, but it stinks exactly like that. I wish it didnโt require so much powder per serving but it is what it is. It stinks literally but it works. To help with the smell, I put some grape mio with it to try and distract. Iโm on my 3rd can. Also not a single side effect. It hasnโt disrupted my sleep and my stomach is just fine. This is gold for me.

The flavor if you try it with just water is terrible. I tried it with my strawberry lemon sport's drink and it was still harsh.
