I travel a lot so didn't want anything heavy or bulky to put in my case. This range of bands and the short video explaining how to use them are spot on.Good price and convenient.Sellet might think of recording some other videos perhaps for sale to extend range of exercises but very happy overall

One of the best investments I've made in a long while. The delivery was very quick, and it's very easy to use. Its has helped to tone my arms and improved my posture. Well worth what I paid for it (and even more). I have always hated going to the gym, so with this i can use in the comfort of my own home without feeling self conscious.

This kit does all the job as heavy dumbbells!! I normally use 7 kg dumbbell for my biceps at the gym but the yellow band did the same job!!! Amazing how it works so I will carry them with me, when I am going abroad.
