Mr Happy Book 3 by Roger Hargreaves - Mr Happy has quite a simplistic story, as do most of the other characters. It involved him discovering Mr. Miserable and teaching him, bit by bit, to be happy. Mr. Miserable is the exact spitting image of Mr Happy, except for the fact he frowned rather than smiled. He did not have a book of his own.
