Love this stuff!
This powder is wonderful in hot drinks like hot chocolate, coffee, even spicy Chai tea. If you use this powder to make white chocolate brownies, be sure to cut way back on the sugar in your recipe. I sometimes pour this into a small bowl and dip damp strawberries in it. It is also quite good in pumpkin bread. Just buy it, and you will find a million ways to use it.

Best white chocolate ever!
I used to own a coffee shop in Seattle and used powdered white chocolate all the time. When I moved to PA, I couldn't find it anywhere, and none of the coffee shops knew what I was talking about. This stuff rocks! I love it for white chocolate mochas and white hot chocolate.

My guilty pleasure
I am SO happy I bought this. I would spend $4 + at the coffee house getting white chocolate mochas or hot white chocolate milk. This was fantastically packaged and 3 lbs of it is lasting a LONG time.
