I like it, but it’s very squeaky!
The packaging prevented the product from shipping damage. The scraper tool seems nice, maybe thinner than I expected. The roller seems adequate and was lighter weight than expected.I can’t figure out how to make it not SQUEAK! The large roller is so squeaky that I avoid using it. I would have returned if I had realized! I also would have bought a different version/brand.I use the smaller roller on my eyes and forehead because it doesn’t squeak. It feels so nice on my sinuses when I have a headache!

Amazing Product
I love this so much I can't even explain!! There are so many expensive Jade Rollers out there and this has by far exceeded my expectations! The price is great and the quality is even better! I have recommended this product to so many family and friends! The product itself is very durable and not cheaply made and it has helped improve my skin tone and decreased the size of my pores immensely. I especially love to use it in the morning when my skin is puffy and it helps prep my skin for makeup application.

I love the way this one feels. I have purchased a roller before that fell apart the first time I used it. This one seems much higher quality. I am excited to try the gua sha as well. I have been using it every morning since I got it and I'm starting to see results. Love it!!

Disappointed
I just received this in the mail so excited to try out the product. I cleaned it and began to use it, and right away it fell apart. The top of the roller (the larger side) fell off, and the bottom of the roller (the smaller side) will not even move. I was excited due to the amazing reviews on this item, however, I am disappointed in the product.
