Honestly impressed with these. The variety pack was a good way to try different flavors and there weren’t really any bad ones in the box. Texture is much better than most protein bars — softer and more like a candy bar instead of dry or chalky. Good amount of protein and actually filling enough to work as a quick breakfast or snack. A little pricey, but the taste makes up for it.

I have tried many protein bars in my life. I have to say that these rank in the top 2. This bar has it all. All the available flavors are delicious. They have the sweet, the crunch and the chocolate flavor without being chalky. If I didn’t know it was a protein bar I would think it’s a candy bar. The nutritional content is good with the calories and protein being the right ratio.

Okay, so I’ve untried 3/4 of the flavors so far. I’ll update when I finally try the chocolate dough one. Salty Peanut: this one has the best texture and flavor. The chew to crunch ratio helps prevent the food from sticking to your teeth and the flavor is more complex due to the real peanut pieces. Still it’s too chewy and it DOES stick a bit (have floss ready). Taste: 9/10. Overall: 7/10 (price) Caramel Cashew: it’s good, the cashew is the best part and it NEEDS to be room temp or cooler. The warmer it gets, somehow the less complex the flavor, plus it a mess. Taste/texture: 8/10. Overall: 6/10 Cookies and Cream: Okay I had thought this would be my favorite, and sadly it’s my least favorite so far. It’s the chewiness. It needs more texture and less stickiness. It just doesn’t satisfy like other protein bars. I need chew. Taste/texture: 4.5/10 Overall: 4/10 Overall, if you like texture and chewing your food, ironically, these chewy bars are NOT the one. They’re definitely overpriced as well. You can find tastier bars with just as or more impressive nutritional stats that are also less expensive. I also recommend a bar with more fiber for satiety. I wouldn’t buy them again, but I’ll finish what I ordered (eventually).
