Fully compatible with UniFi devices - budget but fully effective

Runs hot but I believe that's normal for these things, I'm using it for my Ubiquti DR7 to free up a LAN port. This 10gbe variant is no doubt overkill for an rj45 cable but, I figured it leaves lots of head room for future upgrades and getting 2.5gb down an ethernet cable in a few years probably won't be much of a stretch, I also figured if a 10gbe unit isn't running at 100% it would run cooler, but I'm not sure this logic panned out as it's very hot. But most importantly for this has added no noticeable latency to my connection, it around 8ms prior and checking the logs on my router now my ping for the past 24hrs has been 7-8ms... And researching transceivers seems to suggest it adds nanoseconds worth of latency which doesn't even register on an ms scale. So all in all, happy with my purchase and freeing up an ethernet port on my router in the process.

Product1 10Gtek 30M - This product is overheating like nothing I've ever seen. This module is reaching temperatures above 85 degree during idling. Returned and bought 10Gtek Sfp+ 10Gbe 80M Doesn’t overheat and works perfectly fine with my Unifi Cloud Fiber. Superb

I would give this zero stars if possible.The build quality is poor. During attempted removal, the gold release mechanism snapped off entirely, leaving the module permanently stuck in my switch. To make matters worse, it even sheared off my Ethernet cable's retention clip. 0/0

Has been running reliably at 10G in a Mikrotik CRS309. Runs at a relatively cool ~53C (compared to Mikrotik S+RJ10 which runs at 95C+). The module reports temperature, voltage, tx bias current and tx/rx power correctly to RouterOS. The module reports its part number as SFP-10G-T with a manufacturing date of 2024-05-28 and vendor revision 02. I did not need to change any of the autonegotiation settings on either end - both set with autonegotiation enabled and a 10G link was negotiated automatically.

Great module with full compatibility with the Unifi Switch Aggregation. Found it will pair to a 2.5G ethernet port and give that full capacity. All stats like temp and power are shown in the Unifi console. Also found it more resilient to handshaking a higher link speed and stability when using old and long tables than the equivalent NBase-T module from QSFPTEK.

I've installed this 10Gbe SFP+ module in an Engenius ECS2512 switch and it works great. I ordered the 80m version as it uses the Broadcom chipset which runs a cooler.

I'm using it in my Mikrotik RB5009UG+S+ router. I tried several modules, the most of them are crazy hot (80 C) in case of 10Gbps operation. This one has rock solid 60-65 C temperature. (I have SFP-10G-T vendor version 2).

Works well at full 10G speed with my Qnap an and Neatgear switch!
