Good motion detector.
Works as advertised, easy to install, and immediately connected to my 2-gig panel.

Installation was easy with Vivint
If you are going to install this yourself you will need to call tech support to have them unlock the installer portion and they can walk you through the programming. Also, as other reviewers have noted, the sensor sleeps for 3 minutes between signals, you can put the sensor in test mode by holding a magnet to the side. Then it will not sleep and will light up with each detection so you can adjust the sensitivity and angle to meet your needs.

Worst Item ever
does not detect anything. You can literally stand in front of the thing with a big flag, and the thing will not work. I had to to replace it with a honeywell motion detector. this motion sensor is garbage.

Missing jumper blocks.
I ordered two 2gig PIR Motion Detectors, one works but the other is not because it’s missing both the PET & SENS Jumper Blocks. Returning the unit to UPS store. Update: the other one still works as designed.

Works great with my system...
I have a 2GIG Control Panel, a TS1 and about 50 different door/window/motion/etc sensors. These work great and were simple to install/set up. No complaints.

Great product as described.
Worked great. Plastic parts bag was open inside, but all screws were there. Called alarm company (Vivint) and they put the serial number in the system and it was up and working in minutes.

Easy install and setup with my existing alarm system. Contacted alarm company and got the installer code and in under an hour had it up and running. Good mounting accessories, gave lots of options to get best coverage.
