I was extremely excited to try this product and I was very happy to know that this is a game changer!!! The design is perfect for style and performance. It is battery operated so I don't have to recharge it. I am sure the batteries will last a while since it doesn't take much power to use. It is easy to open, fill, close and use. I love the light!! It makes it super easy to see how much you are using. I can definitely see how this would help those with weak hands. No need to use both hands. It grinds quickly and effortlessly. I’ve had these salt and pepper grinders for a while now, and overall I like them. Most of the time they work well, but they do clog pretty easily, which means you have to empty and refill them more often than you’d expect. The batteries last a long time, which is great, but needing four batteries for each grinder feels like a lot. As some reviewers mentioned, the motor is definitely underpowered. You can tell when you’re trying to grind something a little tougher. It’s surprising considering how many batteries the grinders use. They still get the job done, but not as smoothly as I’d like. I still use them regularly, but I’m always keeping an eye out for a stronger option that doesn’t require so many batteries. These are good for someone who wants a simple electric grinder and doesn’t mind occasional clogging or lighter grinding power.

After purchasing numerous sets of electric salt and pepper grinders over the years, I have to say these are honestly the best I've owned by far. My first set of electric grinders were a famous brand that were quite pricey. Shortly after purchasing, I realized they made a real mess with salt and pepper falling from the grinding mechanism onto my table and counters and the 6 batteries each grinder required would need replaced every other month. In a short time, they just quit working. The next set quit grinding within a month. I tried another expensive brand. They lasted less than a year. Not only were they loud, but I was constantly having to take them apart and unclog them as the pink Himalayan salt would repeatedly get stuck and jam the grinder. I assumed that no matter what the cost or brand, electric grinders just need to be replaced often so this time, I spent a lot less on these grinders without any high expectations. To my surprise, this set of grinders are the most quiet set I've had. They are able to grind my sea salt finer than any of the sets I previously owned. I love the tray they sit in as it keeps all of the mess off of my table and counters. I also love that they have a light so I can see how much salt or pepper I'm using. This is a feature that I really wanted. They hold much more salt and pepper than my previous sets and filling them was really simple. They feel very sturdy and operate so smoothly that I would say this is the best set I've ever owned. I've only had them for a month but they aren't struggling to grind as though the batteries are draining like some of the previous sets I've owned. I'm very pleased with this set. Not to mention, the price can't be beat.

Bought these for my wife and she absolutely loves them! We love to cook and sometimes our hands get a bit slippery or greasy from handling ingredients. Makes twisting a grinder a bit cumbersome. These make all those problems go away. Excellent motor and they even have a light. They grind perfectly well and the coarseness is adjustable. Great quality Lightweight also. A pleasure to use!.
