I love that this is so easy to use. The light is easy to turn on and adjust. I used to have a red light face mask and this has replaced it while also allowing me to use it on my head and other parts of my body. The heat that is gives off is very comfortable and not too hot. The light has worked well in relaxing the tension in my shoulders and relieving pain.The wrap is easy to put on and comfortable to wear. I have been able to use it on my thighs and shoulder really easily.The timer is really easy to set and use. You can adjust the time so you don't use it too long. I like that I can change the time because different parts of the body need different times.Overall this a great set if you are looking to get into the benefits of red light therapy. The lamp is the easiest to use and the wrap works well for targeted therapy. It is a great value for the cost because you get two red light therapy devices. They are both very durable and will last for many treatments.

The Redlight/NIR soft panel is great for use on targeted areas. It comes with a belt and Velcro attachment that works well. I like that the lamp has various strength levels and a timer. I’ve already seen differences in my uneven skin tone; it’s definitely more even now after 6 weeks of use. I use it 2-3 times per week on various areas of my body. The stand isn’t the easiest to work with but they provided me Amazon credit to purchase another one when I made them aware of the issue. This seems like a good company that will back up their product.
