Indispensible ingredient, excellent flavour. I would prefer a version with a lower salt content, but minor issue only.

I bought a few bottles of this already. It’s very easy to use and I use it for pasta sauce, stew, soup base, etc. Taste a lot better than the stock cube or stock pot from supermarkets.

My usual chicken concentrate is no longer available at my supermarket. I have been looking for an alternative when I came across this. Great taste.

Reasonable chicken flavour, but a tad salty - use with care. and, it is rather a big bottle for domestic use.

Was anyone else's not sealed? Surely food items shouldn't be allowed to sold if it isn't sealed...

Full of flavour. Even makes a good warming drink, when you're fed up of tea or coffee.

Asian is a very vague term. The taste of this is more indonesian/malay/thai seasoning. It is basically an all purpose seasoning that gives instant unforgettable pungent notes from kaffir lime and tumeric. You'll recognize those notes that typify meals from the region.Miso soup and japanese cuisine tends to be relatively bland compared to its neighbours and while you could add this to miso soup it would not really be any miso soup you've tasted before. Nothing wrong with it but just want to warn people that despite its selling point this is not suitable for creating any standard miso soup.You can add it to sauces, marinades, imparting some flavour in whatever you are cooking. Alone i find it lacks depth. I add it to instant noodles sometimes, in tandem with a bit of a stock cube or just a little of the msg flavouring as i try to cut down on msg as i am allergic to it. In combination with other flavourings it can transform a dish. Also great when stir-frying something like vegetables to give your meal an extra flavour dimension.Quite useful if you like the flavours.

The chicken flavour smells great and can be tasted, but the product is so salty it’s impossible to use more than a teaspoon without ruining your dish. Used very very sparingly as part of seasoning it’s an ok product, but at this size it’ll take me a year to use it! Wouldnt buy again

Met dit concentraat maak je een lekkere bouillon vor alle bereidingen.

Bonne composition, relève le goût, assez rentable car à diluer fortement.Je pense que doser en cuillère à café sera facile.
