LWHF-80 80-6m Multiband End Fed Long Wire Antenna

Works well with my Xiegu G90. Thinking of adding band trap for 80m and extending antenna. Very pleased with the purchase

All good, problem was it rattled, took lid off waterproof box to find the large ferrite ring had come loose, just not enough glue, or had been given a good drop in transit.Engaged trusty glue gun, put back in place. While I was inside box had a look at the quality of windings and soldering, all very good, high quality everything inside, and no doubt it can handle 400 watts. Only dropped a star as could have done with some more / different gliue. Very pleased overall with it. Still use the internal tuner, combination means it works well, don't have (can't afford) a fancy analyser to test it with. Working fine for me up to 100 watts 😁

Good endfed for the money. The xiegu g90 will tune this to topband so should most good 10-1 tuners.

Works really well. I only have a small garden so I've ran it from my chimney to rear fence and the last 5m is ran along the fence line. I've managed to get contacts all over the world even though I'm restricted to 10w on my license.

This antenna works well. The price is high considering it's just a length of copper wire plus a plastic box containing simple components. If the price had been lower it would be worth five stars.

I rarely post reviews. Moonraker...this is the biggest POS i have bought from here. One star is one too many. Tunes only 15 and 20 at no better than 1.6.1. Forget 40 and 80, swr over 14! Tried different heights, coiling some wire up to see if that makes a difference, tried earth/no earth....nada. Wasted a whole day playing with this. Total waste of money and time. Will be returning.
