I originally got this for my Pomeranian with very high cholesterol, a vet recommended it. I decided to start taking it myself and after about a year of regular use, once a day, my cholesterol levels are all within normal range. My diet really hasn't changed although my exercise is slightly increased.

This is a basic product that can be used for weight control.

Works ok for weight control. It keeps you on the toilet but caution if you are allergic to shell fish or if you're not sure if you are please consult with your physician before taking these. I had a horrible allergic reaction to this medicine.

I bought them to take before eating a meal which might have fat in it. Well, I am still trying to see if they work as I gained 10 lbs back after a strict diet of fish, chicken, veggies and fruits.One thing is not going to help unless you add better eating habits, and exercise.
