Great for normal wallpaper removal
Had to buy a steamer to remove wallpaper! Not sure how the paper was installed??? Used this product in the past & worked great though, not in this situation.

Wet a large area and keep it moist so you can move along without stopping as many times
We ran out and finished with water. That was a mistake. This product worked great for removing wallpaper from our large office. We used a garden sprayer to apply, let it soak a few minutes and wet the wall again before scraping.
