My husband uses this product to make a healthy shake everyday. He combines almond milk- no sugar, the protein powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, and helm seeds...along with fruit...it makes approx 20 oz... and keeps him full all morning... he loves it!

Bag was torn open when I received it
This is by far my favorite protein powder. Sadly this time when I ordered it it came torn open and all the powder was out of the bag.

Delicious Flavor & Easy on Digestion
I love the flavor of AMPD Protein Powder! The powder mixed well in shakes and is plant based. AMPD didn’t give me GI upset like some of the whey-based products I’ve tried.

Gross
I drink most of my protein with JUST water. I mixed this with milk and fruit and it was just gross. My 13 year old said it smelled like play-doh.

Best vegan protein I have had
I buy it directly from the AMPD site but this is GREAT protein. I make it every morning with my coffee as an iced coffee and couldn’t go without it. It’s clean and I love that it’s affordable too.
