The first cake picture in this book is probably one of the most beautiful christening cake designs I've ever seen. There's just something so elegant about piped detailing on cakes. Demonstrates two wedding cake designs also with the classic piped detailing. Also, piped sugar flowers and elegant birthday cake/anniversary cake designs.

Very old piping skills if that’s what you are looking for but there are so many new techniques nowadays. Good for reference if you want the basics.
