I like the support this provides for my neck. My husband also likes this feature (we bought two). I just am not a huge fan of the fact that this pillow is so firm. It isn’t a design flaw or anything, it does it’s job for neck support. I just find it slightly uncomfortable to try and sleep on, I’m hoping I get used to it.

The pillow "seemed to work" for a while, and originally I had given it a high review because others had said it would soften some after a while. It didn't soften and is simply too firm for me as a side sleeper. In all fairness to other Amazon purchasers I have downgraded this pillow to a 2 star instead of a 5 star. No sour grapes here whatsoever and it is with regrets to the seller that I make this change. Items like this, if the return time has expired, we donate them to our Nearly New Shop in our 55+ community and they sell them at a good low price and all profits go to scholarships for the less fortunate in our area.

Honestly not a fan of this item. Feels like I'm using a rock for a pillow and I have to contort my neck oddly to make it work. I gave it to my mother who injured her shoulder and it makes a good arm support for her.

Update- though it is firm it compresses down to about an inch when your head is on it. It's not a good everyday pillow but is great for an hour rest. /// Too firm for me. That's a personal preference so it really doesn't affect the quality of the pillow. It seems like a really well made pillow. It has soft cover with a beautiful pattern that I felt bad covering with a pillow case. It also came with a resealable vacuum bag which makes it ideal for traveling. If you have a really bad neck like I do then you know that traveling with your pillow is a necessity. It is also very light weight.

Overall a decent pillow. Was satisfied with the quality and level of comfort. It comes with a chemical smell that fades after a while, nothing to worry about. IMO its perfect for back sleepers, side sleepers if you have broad shoulders you can still sleep on your sides but with some adjustments (using extra pillows for support).

I read good reviews on this pillow but it just wasn’t big enough or comfortable enough for me.

The pillow is pretty flat. I wasn’t a big fan. The material is nice just a small pillow.

So I was very disappointed in this pillow, first off it is very small even after it has time to fluff up after being taken out of the vacuum bag. Second, mine had quite a few large holes in the foam. Maybe I just got a poorly made pillow? I don’t recommend.
