Himalayan approved
I am a 5’7” woman and took this on a 12 night trekking trip in the Bhutanese Himalayans in April. It got down to 30F and I was not cold at all and loved being able to cinch it around my face. I did have the bamboo/silk liner but that is because showers were minimal. Warmth wise, I wouldn’t have needed it. I thought about getting a sleeping bag 2.5x this cost and then I said to myself “nah I’ll be fine” and I was One important note is that I would never have done a backpacking trip with this if I had to carry my stuff because it is quite large and heavy. Luckily, there were mules It’s a great quality like all sea to summit things That is all
