Ecstatic a first............Not Now!
My daughter loved the backpack on sight. It had enough room to carry all of her items. Here we are a couple of months later and I'm having to purchase another backpack due to one of the arms breaking. She is really disappointed and so am I. I thought going with a more expensive backpack would give me a better quality.....guess NOT. Lesson Learned!

Great Backpack
This backpack has held up great! I was worried about the plastic not holding up but 3 months in and it has held up well for my teen and have not yet had to order another one like most parents have already!

Holding up very nicely
School requires clear backpacks and my daughter in junior high carries a lot of books in this bag sometimes. Still holding up quite nicely, no tears or anything. Plenty of space for everything she needs to carry without being crammed in. Side pockets are very helpful as well.

Ordered it in December, both straps have completely broke.
