Well after reading the negative comments, I was worried if made right choice in purchase these biscuits. But instead of cancel order, I decided to see what they be like. Well they arrived today, good selection of dark and milk chocolate, and not all the same type. Now yes the box is to big for the quantity, the size of the box makes you believe it be full, but this is where people don't get it, yes the box is bigger, and you open the box and yes looks like there not many for the price. But, remember the weight! 1kg,=1000grams. Sounds a lot a kg, but the biscuits are quite big, and thick, so you won't get as many. If they was like a light biscuit like say rich tea, then you will get more. But I took the inner bag out with my biscuits in, and put on the scales, that is how you check, as you only paying for 1 kg. I weighed mine and my scales read 1034grams, so that is just over 1kg, so nobody is getting done over as you need to check your weight in box then. You are paying for 1kg of biscuits, so that is what you are getting... Next time someone buy's some then take the inner bag out with your biscuits in, weigh them, and you will find it just over the 1kg in weight. I must admit when you open the box, you think there not many, but I have worked with weights etc over the years and felt the bag and yes it feels like 1kg, but weighed it to just check, and yes it is correct, you may be gain one or two extra biscuits. But only quibble I think £13.99 is bit high in price, when another brand on here sell 1kg for £8.44, but I'm happy with the selection, but won't bother again. So if you want to give it a try, go ahead, but remember when open the box, don't be disheartened as there is the correct amount there. They taste lot like Foxe's range of biscuits, but not soft, and taste good.

Cannot give zero stars or would have. Ordered the luxury chocolate biscuits, inside was an open bag with broken choc chip cookies, not chocolate coated as advertised on box. Amazon closed my complaint without me getting any information from the seller. Not ever using Zen again. So disappointed.

Pretty good value, but the quality is rather variable. I've bought 2 boxes so far, the first was brillian t: crisp with lots of creme-filled biscuits. The next box was almost poor enough to return for refund: lots of crumbs, complete ones rather soft & soggy.

Not the sellers fault, mine for purchasing in the middle of a heatwave! There is a variety of approximately 5 different chocolate biscuits. To be fair, not many were actually broken. I would describe most of them as ‘misshapen’. They did arrive (only due to the recent heatwave, a little melted/ soggy. I think they’re perfect for household consumption, but as they’re mainly misshapen, I would not personally give as a gift. Are fresh, but quite crumbly (again due to extreme weather). Texture, bit soggy ( weather again!) excellent highly recommended fast dispatch and delivery by this great seller. Would buy again (in the winter!)

Chocolatey taste. Variety and whole and broken biscuits luxury quality. Wrapped in a bag for freshness. Good value for money 1 kg box.

It was disappointing, definitely didn't seem like a 1kg box of biscuits, half of the biscuits were soft like they had been left out awhile. Over priced for what you get. With almost no variety of what was in, broken cookies and what appeared to be custard creams with a thin layer of chocolate was 99% of the box.
