I required a decent chair for my compact home office, as I’ve been working longer hours from home and couldn’t tolerate another low-cost compromise that would affect my back. This chair has proven to be reliable. It’s evident that it’s made to endure – it’s fairly heavy but moves smoothly thanks to the durable wheels. Putting it together was straightforward, with clear instructions provided, even for someone who isn’t particularly handy with DIY tasks. The lumbar support is excellent, offering just the right amount of firmness without being excessive. I also value the sliding seat feature, which allows me to sit comfortably without the edge pressing against the backs of my knees – something that used to be a significant irritation with my previous chair. That said, the armrest adjustments could be a little more secure, as they tend to shift quite easily, but this is a minor detail. My back and neck now feel noticeably better after hours of sitting and working. Very satisfied.

For the PRICE POINT this chair deserves 5 stars, it has adjustable seat depth, lumbar support height, 4D armrests and tilt tension with multiple tilt lock positions, as well as an adjustable headrest and a generous range of seat heights. What the chair lacks is that little bit more range on each of the adjustments for complete comfort. The arms are spaced a little bit too far apart for me to use them properly in many situations, the width adjustment they do have falls just short of compensating for this. The headrest, for my build (I am roughly 5'11" tall) will remain essentially useless unless I put some kind of extra pillow on it to extend its depth, because while the height and angle of the headrest can be adjusted, the angle of the arm that holds the headrest cannot. (Edit: the angle/depth of the headrest can be adjusted, it just isn't listed in the manual) The other feature that seems good on paper but in reality borders on useless is the lumbar support. The range of height adjustment is decent, but the tilt angle is locked to the height position, and further, the lumbar support itself is a thin piece of hard plastic that will do little to support your back, and more likely just dig into it. I saw suggestions online on how to remove it gracefully (which I recommend you do), but I lack the patience, and in the end just snapped it off. The features I find particularly good, however, are the cushion, which is thick and very comfortable to sit on, and the free tilt mode for lounging, which does allow you to relax into the chair at a custom angle that compliments your body --once you get the tilt tension in the right place. I will say that I have read that some people find the tilt tension does not have a setting that suits their body type, which I feel is another example of this chair falling just short in terms of the adjustment options. For me, however, the free tilt is very comfortable. I'm happy to admit I have comfortably fallen asleep in the chair, If it had a more comfortable headrest and a built in footrest I could free up a lot of space because I would no longer need a bed.

This chair is really old, old and comfortable, and there is no taste, sitting very comfortable, feel this price is really great, workmanship is good. It was a great shopping experience. I really liked it.

I bought this chair based on other positive reviews, and that was a mistake. This chair is very uncomfortable. The backrest is tilted approximately 15 degrees, making it impossible to sit upright and leaving your back completely unsupported when you sit. Additionally, the seat cushion constantly shifts forward and backward, with no way to secure it in place. The adjustable armrests also move freely from side to side, preventing you from fixing them in a comfortable position. Three star I gave because they have very good custom service. They allowed me to return chair. For service - 5 stars! Thank you.

Not metal (as stated), all plastic except the bolts! The arm rests are all over the place wobbling and moving about. The backrest is in the wrong place and just hurts. Overall the chair is wobbly and a poor build. I am very confused as all the American vids I watched about this chair showed it to be of high quality, and definitely metal parts & legs?!?

Item arrived quickly. It is very sturdy and has good functionality. Height function works well and looks very professional. Backrest is ergonomic and generally good value for money.
