Think this could be used to move large rocks (not too far)?

Well it’s only 36” long so it won’t give you much leverage depending on how large the rocks are. It’s also not terribly strong so again, depending on how large the rocks are it will bend fairly easily. Also the narrow design which works great for dealing with tight spaces in carpentry wouldn’t give you much lateral control. I think there are better options out there for what you want to do.
