Although it's on the pricey side, especially after also having to purchase the associated diffuser, the average cost per day can become more reasonable depending on personal usage. The scent is definitely strongest over the first days/weeks, but since the intensity setting on the diffuser is adjustable, we're able to use a single diffuser for a couple months and still get the aromatic benefit. When the diffuser is on, it also serves the purpose of white noise.

I love this stuff. Super expensive but the house smells exotic. I noticed even my dentist has this on their lobby.

This smell is SO good! I have the Westin diffuser and I use this smell and it goes a long way. It is easy to use and makes our house smell so good! It isn't noisy at all. You can set the diffuser to run at certain times and it's quiet like a fan. The quality and beauty of this thing is amazing! It's durable and functions well within the diffuser!

I purchased three Westin diffuser systems hoping to recreate the luxurious hotel scent experience in my 3,000 sq ft home. Unfortunately, they’ve been a major letdown. Even with all three units set to the highest intensity, the scent is barely noticeable—guests and family members often can’t tell they’re on at all. What is noticeable, however, is how loud the machines are when running on high. For a product designed to enhance ambiance, the noise is a major drawback. While I genuinely love the Westin scent itself, the performance of these diffusers just doesn’t justify the price. For the cost, I expected much better scent coverage and quieter operation. Sadly, these have been a waste of money for me. I won’t be repurchasing.

Update since my last review. The others giving this a low rating are absolutely correct in their reviews. What used to last a few months for me, now lasts a few weeks tops. WHAT have you done, Westin? I will be ordering the white tea scent cartridges directly from their supplier, ScentAir. They are also $20.00 less. I fell in love with this scent at the Westin on Maui and have been using this diffuser scent exclusively&nhh for my home. People always compliment me on the fresh scent in my house! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT and by setting the diffuser on high an hour/ twice a day, I find that it lasts about 3-4months. I do wish Westin would offer a subscription for longer intervals like every 3-4 months. I would definitely subscribe to it! And a point to note...the fragrance lingers even when the diffuser is not active. Great scent, wonderful diffuser! Bought mine in 2007 and it’s still functioning.

I purchased the first one directly from Westin and it smelled amazing and lasted 3 months. This one has lasted 2 weeks & the scent is gone. For the price It should last longer.

Great product. The fragrance is wonderful and lasts a long time which is good because it is a bit pricy. Would need another defuser to make the scent permeate my first floor. But fine for small area.

This is my absolute favorite scent. The White Tea fragrance is perfectly balanced, not overpowering, and makes my whole space feel fresh and luxurious. I keep coming back to this one, it’s a must-have! I have it on subscription, I LOVE IT that much!
