Look Nice, but Not Hive/Alexa Friendly
They arrived and looked the job. As I have narrower trunking in my walls, this seemed a viable option with a Hive Bulb.Unfortunately an electrician came to fit them, and we noticed straight away that the bulb buzzed a little. The bulb worked when prompting Alexa to turn the bulb off. Unfortunately the light switch reverts to STANDBY or OFF at this command, as when prompting Alexa to turn it back on, Hive was ‘not responding’. We figured that a normal light switch is left on while a Hive Bulb is switches on and off parapathetically. This fancy switch goes to Standby/Off which then means there is not electricity going to the bulb, which means it will not function with the Hive/Alexa hub.If you are buying them just as light switches - they are very neat indeed.

Need a deep back box
Looks very nice on the wall. The back of it is quite chunky so you need a deep back box behind it to house it. I only had 25mm back box which I didn't know until I purchased it so I made a little mitred box frame so it sits proud of the wall and has enough room behind. Very satisfying to use. Does a little 'beep' when turning on and off. The ring light is bright enough to see in the dark so you're not fumbling around. Expensive for a switch and there was no info on depth measurement otherwise would have given 5*

Modern, sleek and stylish!

Easy to use, but some isolation work may needed.
Overall it is a good one, modified as en-suite bathroom light switch so that it can be seen in the dark. It is sensitive and easy to trigger.One thing to notice that is the screw terminal is very close to the edge, I have to make some isolation work to avoid contact with wall. It seems very close to the wall box and looks dangerous.

EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED
Arrived promptly, well packaged and very good quality product. My husband was able to install them quickly and easily. The "switches" glow green when the light is off and red when the light is on. I would recommend this product and definitely buy it again.

Missing connection
Ordered 2 gang 1way switch, it has L3 connector missing. The switch this was replacing really isn’t in a condition to put back so I just ended up wiring the new switch to work as a 1 gang switch. I’ll eventually replace this switch for one that works as a 2 gang, but to remove and return this item while awaiting a replacement would leave me without a switch, so I’ll just make do for now.

Not Smart Light Friendly, But a great switch.
The product itself is great, easy to fit and looks great.Please be warned that if you are using a smart bulb such as Hue then you won't be able to turn it on once you told your Amazon Echo or Google Assistant to turn it off as the switch will automatically cut power to the bulb making it impossible to turn back on.However just as a light switch, I highly recommend, I'm not too bothered about this as I purchased the Nanoleaf as well.

Lighten up your bathroom.
A very easy device to fit and such a pleasure to operate. The light given off when in the off position is a joy too. The glass touch surface all looks very modern and smart. I can't believe I could have lived without it. Good value for money. I recommend you fit one of these before you die or you'll feel cheated at the Pearly Gates!!

Correcto, pero no acaba de funcionar correctamente.
Es un aparato correcto y la estética y los acabados son buenos. En cuanto a la electrónica, los dispositivos de corte están mal dimensionados y no bajan la tensión a 0, de manera que si se utiliza con leds al apagar queda un remanente luz (no apaga del todo.)

No es un mal producto pero tiene muchas cosas que podrían mejorarse.
La calidad es aceptable pero mejorable teniendo en cuenta el precio.La única complicación a la hora de su instalación depende de la sección de cable que tengas en casa. Para instalar los conmutadores y unir dos líneas de fase se pasa del grosor del conector y es muy difícil meterlo en su sitio.

Envio normal no tan rapido la llave queda genial eso si hay que adaptar el cajillo para que te quepa yo en mi caso tube que partirle los bordes que no lkevan el tornillo al cajillo para que me entrara pero nada poca cosa

Da ich zwei Stück übereinander montiert habe, musste ich die Schalterdosen austauschen und zwei Einzeldosen mit einen Zwischenstück (Steg) verbinden, damit der Abstand stimmt. Den Steg bekommt man aber im Fachhandel.Kleiner Aufwand aber tolles Ergebnis. Leuchtet auch schön und ist hell genug.

Lo usé para el baño pero no funciona bien, sólo encendía y no apagaba, para que lo hiciera correctamente tenía que quitar la carcasa de cristal, así que lo devolví

Apres 3 mois d'utilisation l'interrupteur a cessé de fonctionner, on en entend le clic du contacteur mais plus rien ne se passe.Ce qui peut arriver mais en essayant de contacter le vendeur par mail silence complet...Alors effectivement le produit est beau mais aucun suivi.j'ai racheté un interrupteur Livolo et la j'ai testé la hotline pour le paramétrage d'un va et viens. une personne patiente et très sympa vous aide vraiment pour le coup un vrai service après vente en plus.Voila a ce jour passer votre chemin car il n'y a personne derrière en cas de soucis.
