Q: What is the weight limit if it is sat or stood on?

I’m not sure but I am 150lbs and I’ve sat on it with no issues. My 2 year old is 35lbs and constantly stands on it & jumps off it and has held up well

Q: What weight can this block support if a child sits on it?

It’s not very heavy maybe a pound or two. But it is very thick foam (I assume) inside. Yes, if a child sat on it, it would support them. We have other pieces by ECR and my husband and I sit on them all the time. The mirrored one is of the same material just smaller.
