Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn it on or off. Press briefly to cycle through 3 modes: Strong for deep cleaning, Medium for everyday comfort, and Massage for gentle gum care.

Is it waterproof? Can I rinse it, and is the charging base waterproof too?

The handle is IPX7 waterproof — rinse it under the tap or use it in the shower, then leave it to air-dry. Important: the charging base is NOT waterproof. Always wipe the handle dry before putting it on the base, and keep the base on a dry worktop.

How long does the battery last, and how long does it take to charge?

A full charge takes about 3 hours on the magnetic base and lasts roughly 1 week with normal twice-daily use. Actual runtime depends on the mode — Strong drains faster than Medium or Massage.
