Looooove this set and have gotten so many compliments, even from professional caterers. Have used it twice already for 2 major events. Quality construction, love the serving tray options (full, half and 1/3) and the collapsible base makes storage easy! My only gripe: the protective plastic tape, which is blue, is SOOOOOOO hard to remove from the screws, so much so I left bits of it on the holders lol would love for it to be clear instead. But otherwise definitely worth the price!

Exceptional but, high quality, beautiful and exactly as described! The his was a heaven sent for hosting 24 friends for thanksgiving. It was really perfect! Easy to set up and easy to store. Easy to wash ..and we used some pans to bake in as well..there were zero issues.

This is my second set of Chafing Set and THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST...my first set cut me left and right! THEY ARE HUGE & SAFE....THANK YOU!!! When they arrive they are each individually coated with a protective seal of plastic. BABY, I GAINED PATIENCE, blocked out the tedious task of removing it all AND LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS WORTH. Not a scratch in sight. Use your hands only to prevent scratches. Remember patience is a virtue with this VIRTUOUS SET! This set really made Thanksgiving 2025 special and yes I throwed down lol! I really like the set, but the screws were a little bit odd getting on so they took a bit but it’s a very nice set that I would purchase again I I feel it made my event a little bit more elegant. They weren’t super sturdy and when I say that, I simply mean the weight wasn’t heavy. They were strong enough for an event, but they were not heavy. Storage was pretty easy because I have a big basement and I just put them in a room there I only had four. The pants were also very nice. I like the different sizes that allowed for a large 2/2 pants and the three servings.

Very high quality! Extra screws provided, just in case, which was great!The plastic coverings don’t completely come off, and it takes a long time to try to get it all… that was the only annoying thing. But they performed great and are a beautiful accessory to any party!

Since I have very little experience in Chafers, I did not know what to look for. Here are some of the things I experienced with this set. Upon unpacking, it took me a couple of hours just to get all the plastic wrapping off all the pans.Assembly was easy but upon cleanup, the bottom pans had bad scorches where the flames burnt. There is no adjustment to create more distance between the flames and the pans. I had plenty of water in the pans so lack of water was not the cause.There was no place to hold the lids open on the frame. I had to take the lids off and set them in another area while serving. I would have like to have seen a holder for the lids so the lid could be returned to a cover position without having to go back and forth with the lids.Because the flames were so close to the bottom pans, the food was so hot I feared the food was going to be overcooked. Again, no adjustments for the fuel cans. I had to douse the flames and relight it over the course of serving to prevent overcooking.Now, I just found out these serving pans cannot be used to cook with in the oven. This is a major drawback for me. Certain casseroles are require serving straight from the oven like Greenbean Casserole. If you try to transfer the casserole to the serving pan, the crispy fried onions will no longer be on top of the casserole.I would also like to have seen some sort of carrying case or bag to keep the chafer stored. It is way to heavy going back into the box and you have to dismantle the top handles in order to store it. I’m thinking about buying 2 – 4 bags that will hold the set reducing the weight per bag and be able to keep the lids intact.I also have not been able to find any information for buying additional pans, nor dimensions. I really needed two more ½ pans.I hope sharing my experience will help you decided if this set of 4 chafers will serve your needs.

Great Value. consist with a lot of trays where is buying it needs to buy their own candles. It’s not included otherwise great product when I received it. Two trays were damaged from shipping. I ended up keeping it and straightening them out with the pliers.
