Fast response to complaint
My bird absolutely loves this stuff. She's 21 yrs old, but bobs her head like a baby bird as she gobbles it up. It cooks up fast and freezes well. My bird likes it with a can of gabanzo beans or frozen peas thrown in.However, the product initially arrived with bugs and mold in it. I sent an email to the company asking how to return it. Their immediate response was that they'd resend it immediately and there was no need to return the first order. I was impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled it and a few days later the new batch arrived in the mail and it was fine.
