Peanuts Portraits

What a treat, to share the timeless music and joy of the Peanuts gang with my children!! My kids LOVE Charlie Brown and his friends and the music has opened them up to a world of jazz that they otherwise would not have been exposed to most likely. This album has all of our favorites, including "Little Birdie," a song my 4 year old so preciously sings to her father and I. This album brings back so many happy memories of my childhood. I highly recommend it! It's great for car rides and sleepy time or dinner music!

This album takes you back in time to when you first heard Vince Guaraldi's work on any of the Peanuts specials. It's fun to listen to and most enjoyable. If you haven't got it; GET IT!!

I was hesitant to buy this because every year there seems to be a new peanuts collection that i hope will have unreleased songs, but turns out to be mainly a rehash. However, I am a sucker for anything peanuts so i took a chance. The recordings are in most cases unique versions, and the quality and or length makes this a great disc for the collector.

I used this cd when I had "It's The Great Pumpkin" theme in my classroom for our Halloween party. The two year olds actually loved the music and would request to hear it! I was amazed the little ones would love jaz so much.

Growing up and watching the peanuts specials was and still is an enjoyable time for me so how can you not love the music. Playing the music on this cd will take you back and bring you back with a big smile on your face!😄

Used CD version was excellent with many memories rekindled by the wonderful Peanuts piano renditions with familiar accompaniments.

Everyone e simply adores this C.D . It's music filled with joyful ness it's pure happiness it's the Peanuts music we've grown to appreciate over our years. young and older people all know and enjoy this enjoyable musical collection. It easily rates five stars plus bonus points!,,

Arrived on time and in great condition. Love this soundtrack! No disappointments! I would recommend this CD to any fan of the Peanuts Gang and the smooth jazz of Vince Guaraldi.

I bought this for nostalgia reasons after my wife bought a Charlie Brown TV specials DVD. Not only does it tick that box, but it is THE perfect easy listening album. Good to have on in the background any time: while you're working, driving, chilling out etc. Light, melodic, cool, charming music. A couple of the tracks at the end aren't Vince Guaraldi, but I could care less, it's a great overview. "Joe Cool" is a highlight. DO buy this, it's cool.

The pressing is nice and quiet and very clear. The only issue I have is that the volume level is so low, but I guess that it is to be expected with so many tracks per side. Overall, worthwhile having in your collection to listen to in the background. Classic Vince Guaraldi jazz!

Musica nostalgica per la memoria...una volta iniziato l'ascolto del cd ho vissuto un tuffo nei Natali di quando ero bambino! Consigliatissimo!

Great jazz that sounds simplistic but is very technical. I'd recommend any of the the Guaraldi or Trio's albums whether or not you like Jazz.
