This helps the swelling down on my finger. i keep it my freezer and when my finger swells up i put it on and i helps ease the pain as well

Works for kids
This has been great for my daughter when she sprained her finger in goalie practice. With three goalies in the house, I suspect more finger injuries so this is perfect to have on hand. I would agree with other reviews that it doesn't get super cold or stay cold long, but since you can't put a cloth between it and your finger it works for what we need it to.

Great fit, does not stay cold
The fit is great and I have wide fingers. My only issue is it does not stay cold very long. It starts off absolutely freezing on my finger and within 15 minutes, itโs room temperature. Itโs much more comfortable on my broken finger than my large ice packs though so I will continue to use it.
