Wow! Just got this and I am beyond impressed. This is my second otoscope; I paid under $20 for it a few years ago. For $25 more, the picture quality is absolutely amazing compared to my old one. That old one shined a very warm light and everything was orange and red and getting a focused view was difficult. This one's light is like daylight and everything is clear, color accurate, and much better focus. The app was easy to install and worked without any issues. Additionally like the case to store it with all the attachments organized.

It features a built-in HD camera with LED lighting that connects to your phone, giving a clear live view of your ear canal. Users generally like how it makes ear cleaning feel safer and more controlled compared to cotton swabs, since you can see exactly what you’re doing. The flexible tip and small scoop attachments are also appreciated for being gentle and easy to maneuver.

I am absolutely loving the Ear Wax Removal Tool! The camera feature is amazing, allowing me to clearly see the inside of my ear as I clean it. It’s super easy to use, and the flexible silicone tip feels gentle and comfortable in my ear. The product comes with a variety of ear cleaning tools, including tweezers and different scoop tips, so I have everything I need for a thorough cleaning. The app is also very intuitive, and I love that I can see real-time images of my ear canal while using the tool.

After I read a positive review of this product on ZDNET, I decided to purchase one. After unwrapping it, I realized that its accompanying literature referenced my needing to access a QR code. As I’m not a particularly knowledgeable person when it comes to computers, this threw me for a loss. (This may have bothered other reviewers who didn’t rate this product as highly as I have done.) I struggled with the QR code until I grew too frustrated with the process and gave up. I then decided to return the product to Amazon. As I was filling out the return paperwork on Amazon’s website, I ran across a 22-second video on how to get the app for this device installed and then how to pair the camera with the app. This was just the information I needed to set up my device. Three minutes later I had the camera up and running. Worked perfectly. Great little device. I’m so glad I didn’t send it back. (I did deduct one star from my review because of the lack of clarity with the literature enclosed in the product box.) EVERYTHING works perfectly. No problems at all except for my initial operator malfunction. But that’s all on me, not Bebird.

Works well and the camera is clear enough to see what you’re doing. The tips are flexible and comfortable, and the kit includes plenty of useful accessories. Easy to use.

I’m so impressed with this little device. The camera is super clear and it was kind of shocking to see what was actually in my ears! It’s very easy to use. It feels much safer and more effective than using cotton swabs. Definitely worth it!

Super high quality camera that provides an exceptionally clear view of the ear canal, making the wax removal process much safer and more precise than using traditional cotton swabs. I love it very much, definately the best thing I bought recenlty.

It takes a little practice at first, but once you get used to it, it’s very convenient and satisfying to use.

Great product! Definitely take your time when using it for the first time, but it becomes second nature pretty quick! The app works well and connects quickly. For anyone struggling with the tweezer attachment, make sure to slide the larger main piece down fully BEFORE screwing in the tweezers! If it’s not all the way down, it won’t work correctly. Also avoid putting on the tweezer handle if the depth limiter is attached, it can get stuck inside the tweezer handle pretty easily, so remove it first!

Very happy with this product works as described. good quality picture. the only thing that is a little annoying is every time you turn it off, when you turn it back on you have to go through the pairing process each time. It is not a hard process but just takes an extra minute.

Great selection of tips. I've experienced some glitches with the video quality but nothing I can't work with. It takes some practice to use with confidence. Great for seeing all the places your doctor won't show you 😜
