Secrets of Tea Mummy Magic Herbal Fruit Tea with Rooibos, 20 Ct

This taste amazing. I don't add anything to it; no lemon or honey or anything else. I drink it just the tea as is. Thankfully, it taste good hot and room temperature as we have 5 kids (youngest being 3 months old) and I don't always get to drink it while it's hot. Every morning I make coffee and my tea. I just ordered my 3rd canister of the mint one and can't wait for it to get here. I drink it 4-6 times a day (using 1 tea bag twice). The mint isn't too strong or overwhelming either and provides a nice calming relaxing effect as well without making me feel tired at all! Just less stressed, which is wonderful. And I do think its helped me with losing some postpartum weight. After pregnancy, I always have a hard time losing weight and it takes me what seems like forever to lose it, but in always end up losing it. Since drinking think tea, I've been losing a lb or 2 here and there. Nothing drastic, which is good...slow and steady makes the weight loss more permanent. Drinking this also helps me get my needed water intake each day. Oh, and as far as breastfeeding goes, it helps and does NOT affect my baby's weight gain. In fact, he is 3 months old and we just had to pull out the 6 month size clothing for him to start wearing!! I have no issues with breastfeeding, don't doesn't decrease my supply at all, but I can tell it does help to increase my metabolism. I would definitely recommend this tea to anyone and everyone!

It is just a tea that makes you have to use the bathroom and frequently gave me a lot of cramping and discomfort if you are a new mom save yourself the pain not worth it

I gave it an extra star because my milk supply hasn’t been affected. I drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. I’ve been drinking for two days and it makes me sick to my stomach. I’m not sure if that’s how the weight loss happens but I feel so sick after I eat and have had pretty bad abdominal cramping with it. I’ve also been pretty bad about drinking a gallon a day so that might be a contributor. I’ve also been getting headaches and nausea. Feeling like I gotta go to the bathroom constantly just for nothing to come out. Only started after I started drinking the tea. Taste isn’t good either it has a spoiled fruit aftertaste but it’s not as bad as some teas I’ve had. Stick to healthy diet and exercise tbh

I gain so much weight when I’m pregnant in spite of how healthy I eat and I have never been someone to eat sweets it’s just not my thing. Regardless I always gain at least 60lbs when I’m pregnant and usually only 20 will come off the day I have the baby and maybe a few more that first week. Then, no matter what, my weight is stuck all the way until I’m done breastfeeding. NOT WITH THIS TEA! I’m down 5lbs on the first box! I can’t believe it I really can’t! My supply is fine, I’m doing nothing different diet wise (I already eat healthy) and no complaints from baby! I’m unsure why some of the reviews call the tea a laxative. None of the herbs in this tea are a lax nor does it make me go to the bathroom more. 10 stars for this tea I already bought more!
