This device works well and appears well-made. However, the included instructions DO NOT tell you how to use the charger. I assumed you needed to lift up the rubber piece on top to insert the charging plug but you DO NOT!! If you lift the rubber piece on top, you will not be able to get it back on.To charge this device, insert the charging plug THRU the rubber cover. The charging hole is there just insert the plug thru the cover. You can still use this without the cover on but it the internals will be exposed. Otherwise, it works great and is well made. In addition, the seller reached out several times offering a full refund or replacement which I politely declined because the device still works for me and they did say they will update the charging instructions. Bottom line is the device is well made and customer service is excellent.

This item is very compact and has multiple settings to handle what ails you. I’ve tried it on aches and tender spots-- it provides a soothing, relaxing, satisfying result. It’s small enough to fit in your pocket, purse or briefcase so taking it to work or on travel is easy. It makes a good gift item and is priced better than some other similar items I considered.

We tried using it during sex and it's the perfect size for clitoral simulation. It's small, doesn't have any hard edges, and the soft silicone casing is comfortable against your skin.We're very happy with our purchase and plan to take this with us when we travel, it's small and discreet enough that we don't have to worry about it raising any attention.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. It gets so hot very fast, within about 2 minutes of massage. I’ve got no idea how long the battery lasts because I’ve gotta turn it off after two minutes. Who wants burnt skin? It is portable and comes with a nice satchel. It appears to be durable and as it’s waterproof it’d be great to use in the shower to loosen up those tight neck muscles. It does have a variety of settings, which is nice. I think, if it didn’t get so hot so fast, it’d make a great portable hand held massager. If you don’t mind it getting pretty hot, then this would probably be good for you, but if you do mind, I don’t think this would be the massager for you.I honestly say I don’t recommend this massager.

I didn’t know it was this small but that’s alright lol Seems to be pretty good so far. The instructions I got now have a diagram to show how to charge it because I saw the other reviews about the charging situation so I’m glad they included the diagram.
