I have ordered these keto gummies before and so they help me a little i can see the difference when I take them opposed to when I don't take them they taste great and work for me i try to exercise and eat right every little bit helps

I've only been on these for a couple of weeks. But when I forget to take my two, I can see a huge difference in my appetite. I love the way they slowly dissolve in your mouth. You're not supposed to chew them up. I can see myself having these around for a long time to maintain. Sometimes I think it's harder to lose 10 lb than it is 50. Lol

I have had a subscription for a while and have become disappointed with this product. Gummies have become smaller in size and not as much ACV taste. The gummies were all melted together in last bottle received.
