Quicly Fell apart .
Used this to vacuum down 2 mini split systems, it came apart on the second use.There is a circlip that holds the end piece on and it failed. I snapped it back together but can't trust it to hold a vaccume. Luckily I have another one to finish the job.

Broken valve core remover
I received the product in the mail thankfully I was off the next day and I was trying to remove the existing core valve and when I went to go remove it it was broken inside, so I am not able to remove the core valve. Therefore it is broken, and I am unable to use it. Is there anyway you can send me a back up? I love these tools and they come in very handy, especially when you’re pulling a vacuum pump.
