This is a fantastic product!
I am very please with this ghee spray! Is not mixed with other unhealthy vegetable oils, but with another healthy fat: coconut oil. And it’s not a combination of multiple oils like it’s competitors. The first ingredient is “Ghee” (or clarified butter) and the second is “refined coconut oil”. (Plus a “propellant”. Go figure!)I love the aroma and taste of pure ghee when heated for cooking. This Kelapo ghee oil spray does not have an overwhelming fragrance and/or taste! I find to be quite clean! Perfect for those who may not be too familiar or used to using ghee or coconut oil, or the combination of both.I’m a ghee lover! And I am a coconut oil lover! For me this is a fantastic product!NOTE:For those of you who complained and will complain about the “spray not working” or that “the can is defective”, or that you have been “ripped off”, please read on…1-It is clearly stated right in the front label that this product is made both, ghee and coconut oil. It’s right there, clearly marked!2- Real ghee is a pretty dense fat. Although ghee is made in many cultures, Ghee is traditionally made in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal and the rest of the countries of that region. The density of the ghee depends mostly on the fat or cream content of the original milk. That depends mainly on the cow species, climate and season, and what the cows eat. The more traditional the diet, the better and healthier the products will result. The ghee from Kelapo comes from grass fed cows, the other key and extremely important component of the quality of the milk and of course, the ghee.Ghee, if it is processed correctly, does not require refrigeration, even in very hot kitchens or climates. The only time that ghee is naturally completely liquid is in tropical and hot climates, other than heating it during cooking or any other heated applications. Ghee is always viscous and thick because it is a fat! Not necessarily an oil!3Coconut is a tropical and warm weather palm tree. They mainly grow near the sea side and other wet and warn environments of the Global South.Coconut oil is made out the mature coconut “meat” which is thick and oily. There are many methods to extract oil out of the coconut. Coconut is not the fruit of the palm tree, it is its seed! In its normal state, coconut oil is very liquid. And because it is a fat, is also very viscous, but not as thick as ghee.4When ghee and coconut oil are placed in warm temperatures both of them are liquids. Coconut oil is “much more liquid” than ghee. When they are under cooler or cold temperatures they become solid. Like ghee, coconut oil does require refrigeration. Coconut oil solidifies faster than ghee.5-When you get your can of Kelapo ghee spray, if it is warm in your kitchen, just give it a good shake and spray away. BUT, the moment it gets a little cooler and the fats inside the can start to solidify, before spraying away, place the can under hot running water under the faucet or place the can in a container of warm to hot water. Hot will work faster. You only need to do this for a few minutes! But give a good shake to the can and see how it feels inside. If your kitchen is very cold, you might need to “waterboard” the can a bit longer! And YES! Your can is not defective (unless it is), the product is not damaged, and you have not been ripped off! So please ignore all those who are complaining due to their own ignorance!By the way, I have no connection with this company whatsoever! I just simply like their products. For some reason I decided to read the “negative” reviews and I quickly realised that they are filled with “innocent” and misguided ideas due to lack of understanding of the qualities of ghee and coconut oil versus the temperatures of the ambient.Oh God, here I go…Because I am giving them such an amazing and thought out review that will potentially increase their sales, Kelapo and Amazon should send me a big box of their products for further reviews (and my personal enjoyment)!Mr. Puerto Rican Bhaiya(Mr. Puerto Rican Brother)

Stopped working after five sprays.
I wish I’d read the other reviews. Same thing happened to me. Worked great and I love the flavor for about four sprays, and then it stopped working. I bought a six pack, and it happened on every can. Too bad, the flavor was fantastic.

Kelapo Ghee Spray is a hit!
When I realized you could get ghee in a spray I was ecstatic. The convenience of ghee in a spray as a substitute for canola or vegetable oil sprays, I'm in. The 5oz. can is easy to use and sprays an all over even spray. Coats your pans exactly as Pam would however, much healthier. The cost is comparable to other sprays and has a pleasant odor which is undetectable in baking or frying. At most, has a light buttery taste. I have sold my family members and several friends on this product and the convenience of the monthly savings is awesome.

Works well
Does it's job well. Not a weird taste at all, like some other cooking oil sprays. The only draw back that I can think of is that it sprays pretty wide so there may be some over-spray when using smaller pans. But, on the other hand, that's a plus if you are trying to get a more even dispersement in larger pans.

Great Product, When Sprayer On the Can Works:-/
Love this Ghee/Coconut oil spray!Tastes great, consistently sprays without getting clogged,& no cheap filler oils!!Amendment to earlier review. If you buy this and it’s not mid Summer, when it’s very warm, the nozzle seems to clog. The sprayer inevitably stops working and it happens more in cold weather. Great product when you can get the canister to work properly:-/

Great idea but...
The sprayer did not work. Just a foamy substance came out. After thinking about it, I'm wondering if it would work better if the can was warmed up? I'm thinking about coconut oil and how it hardens at room temperature. Since the ghee is mixed with coconut oil, maybe this was the problem? I just thought it was defective and threw it out

Problem with nozzle
Too expensive and issues with the nozzle getting clogged and not spraying. A pain to have to return since it will always get clogged.
