This is an outstanding product. It is flavorless. It dissolves quickly into my coffee. I started taking 2 scoops per day about a three months ago. I also take vitamin C. I have not experienced any side effects. My hair and skin feel softer and look better. I noticed some reduction of fine lines around my cheeks. My nails are growing faster. I am more flexible when I do Chair Yoga. I definitely recommend this product.

It’s wonderful for aging skin. Bruising is not nearly as bad. Will continue to use this product. Mixed easily in water, tea, etc., with no taste at all. I’m using 20 grams daily.
