Works fast, great value, and easy to keep on hand
I’ve been using Amazon Basic Care Rapid Release Acetaminophen Caplets for headaches and general aches, and they work just as well as the name-brand versions I’ve tried. They start helping fairly quickly, and I like that the caplets are easy to swallow (not chalky or oversized). The price is a big reason I keep buying them—great value for the quantity, and it’s convenient to have a reliable pain reliever stocked at home. The bottle was sealed properly and arrived in good condition. As always, follow the directions on the label (especially the daily limit and avoiding combining with other acetaminophen products), but overall I’m very happy with these and will repurchase.

Fever medicine
Acetaminophen/Paracetamol in bulk at a good price. Good to relieve a fever. Normal taste (though I don't recommend chewing them up). I recommend swallowing them with a glass of water or your other favorite beverage. Not an alcoholic beverage, though. You shouldn't take acetaminophen with alcohol. Otherwise, these are pretty easy to swallow.
