Great for kids or adults!
I haven't been able to test these in a heavy-mosquito area but they do work to keep minor mosquitoes at bay. Unlike other reviewer(s), I do believe that they have a scent while in the package. It is as expected and not overwhelming. The bracelets can fit an adult or child and can fit smaller ankles, which is nice because I tend to get bit more on my legs than on my upper body.I have an infant who is still in an infant seat. When we go out in buggy areas, I attach one of these to the handle on her car seat (out of her reach). I like that I don't have to use spray on her or put anything on her skin. Could also attach to a dog collar!

This is a pretty neat pack
This is a pretty neat pack! My daughter has been being eaten alive by mosquitos and chiggers this year already. We put one sticker on each arm, and a bracelet on and she can go ride her bike for hours. The stickers even stay on when she is sweaty. They smell like you would imagine.. citronella-y, but not too bad to overwhelm you. Do a great job and very handy to have.

Neat Packaging and Colorful
These bracelets came individually packaged and sealed they are odorless while sealed, easy to store and the stickers came in a separate package as well. We are not having many bug problems, especially mosquitoes, but I will update my review when we get a good rain and that's when the mosquitoes and other flying pests like to stalk my patio garden
