Overall well worth a read for those wanting to improve the sex in their relationship

I read this in bed with my partner and we are at it every night implementing Johanssons advice.Just be aware that you won't get things right every time as some sex sessions will suck as you practice together. But that's the key word practice. Johansson states Predictability is boring to women, so as long as guys try two or three sex tips each session it will keep things fresh.The book states relaxation and gentle stimulation are the foundations for increasing a woman's arousal that is a real game changer for men. Knowing how to relax their women and gently with their hands stimulate her.

Going into detail about how women think and react in bed. My wife has no idea I read this book,but she really is enjoying our new sex life.

Book not up to standard.

Great for couples to keep their love going stronger. I definitely recommend
