I have bad water quality in our neighborhood, but this system provides all our drinking and cooking water. It stays neat under the sink, and replacing the filter is incredibly easy. Very convenient for everyday use.

I have had this filter for a year in May and it was time to replace the PPC water filter, and same as some other review say, I spoke directly to the manufacturer and they do not have any water filters available to buy. What good is offering me a 30% discount if you don't have the filters available for replacement when I need them? It was easy to install and worked well the time that we have had it, but, what's the point if there are no filters available when its time to change them? Might as well get a more expensive machine that will have the filters available when needed.

Changed out an under sink filter so it was pretty easy to install, all the fittings were the same size so just had to plug in the connections, plug in the unit to the dishwasher outlet and we were set. Changed the faucet out and that was the most time consuming, but the total installation was less than an hour (and I'm a girl).

Horrible. The system is great. But you can forget about getting filters. So a 300$ waste of space and money under my sink

I initially had an issue with my unit's RO cartridge, but the customer service person replaced my unit quickly, and I'm completely happy again. Thank you!

The water filtration system worked well till it was time for replacement. I have to buy a new RO system now that this product is discontinued and there are no replacement filters

Have been using this system for 2 months or so, and my water tastes so much better! I have no regrets about buying this product. It works great and really didn’t take up much space. I did have to have a handyman install it. I did have to call customer support but only because I thought I needed to replace the filters but I didn’t. April was as a pleasure to talk to and knowledgeable about the system.

I totally agree with Yaelita’s review. I also wanted a tankless system that truely works without having to get a plumber to install each time, without having to go to the water store to buy clean water. The first brand I got was no good so I wanted to give another brand a try. I was about to think that maybe all tankless systems are the same- need to flush gallons of water each time before you get clean water and the reading from your meter stick vs their meter is night and day. This one at first shows low reading 20 and then I test it on my stick it shows 22 which is not bad. The next day I test it was above 100 on my stick so I was disappointed. Later I realized that they don’t even have replacement filters. For 5 months i waited and still no filter for sale but they are still selling their product. I should have read the reviews before buying. It’s useless if no filters available. And it’s tough trying to get the filter out. You gotta have big strong hands. I bought this because it’s 10 stage. The little faucet is pretty strong. When it is consistent and you don’t need to flush out half gallon of water is when I give it 5 stars.
