New software update made the unit unusable! Do not buy till software is fixed!
I love the product! It’s a great price! It works well and I use it every day! The dealer I bought from did all he could! He went out on a limb for me and tried all he could for the present time to help me! Unfortunately the software simply will not work with the latest iOS 12.1.1, so if you have a working version don’t upgrade! It will stop working! Again, I love the microscope (to be more to the point I loved the microscope) but it won’t work. I hope they work out the software problem!

Great for kids and adults. Impressive pictures and quality for the price. Really easy to use.
Great little microscope for the money. Really easy setup on my iPad with the App. Connects via WIFI and after opening I was using it in 10 minutes. The pictures I’m able to get are impressive for this amateur photographer and I’ve received many compliments . My 5 year old daughter can use it and the App on her own to explore all over. It is a tool and a toy all in one and a fun way for us to explore together.

it works well enough for my needs.
the mag adjustment is just a wheel so you don't really have focus over the entire range unless you manually move the camera up and down. the stand works well enough to hold it one place but because it doesn't travel straight up and down (like a real microscope) you can't really use while trying to make a vertical adjustment. also to get enough tension on the stand to hold the camera in any position other than all the way down i need to really tighten the hand screw. it works for now but i'm suspicious that it will wear if i move it around too much without first loosening the screw each time. Also it took a bit of trial and error to get the wifi connection working; lots of closing the app, restarting the camera, restarting the app, etc. to get the wifi to appear on my phone.Update. After using for a couple projects it seems that the battery life isn't nearly as good as the packaging claims. i found that after about 1 hour of use the leds started flickering and the connection to my phone became so erratic i couldn't use it any longer.

No video
Sadly the unit does not work. I downloaded the app, my phone sees the wifi signal, but no video. Unit charged fine, powers on with the blinking blue light, but no video. Will try another one.

video transfers respond quickly under the wifi connection.when moving the microscope, i do not worry about disconnection, very steady. the pic is very clear. can record video in the APP. it would be perfect if the LED light is a little brighter.

Took a month but worth the wait
It did take a while to get here due to the circumstances and it coming from oversees. Instructions were pretty simple to follow. You HAVE to be connected to WiFi and then look for their WiFi in settings to establish camera connection to your phone.

bad app
The app works like crap. keeps disconnecting. It really is useless. Buy a wired one would be my advise.
