Tastes just like I remembered from about 4 years ago. Delicious on buttered hot English muffin. Perfect for breakfast. Grew up in London, England and always had Marmite in the cupboard. No need to refrigerate. A taste of back home! Seller shipped on time and arrived in a timely manner. However the bubble wrap was only thick on one side, and nothing to protect on other side, lucky it didn't break in the semi padded? bag. Other than that, pleased with purchase. If you never tried Marmite, it's not like anything you've eaten. For people who like tart, sour, marinated foods, then you will like Marmite. It's salty too, so I can't eat much on a low sodium diet. They make one that is low sodium but I anted the original.

Not as salty as Vegemite. A little goes a long way. I use this product to get a boost of B vitamins in my diet.

For fans of complex salty umami flavors on their buttered toast. I love Marmite. Vegemite taste monotone and bland in comparison.
