1 Gallon Spanish Moss Air Gallon Bag

Very fresh Spanish moss, clean of twigs and fragrant. Pale green, live and I’ve used them to hide mounting tape and wire used for orchids on my trees. Very happy with this vendors quality so I’ve just ordered another double.The bag is filled in nicely but not smashed up so if you’re like me and have a lot of live mounted bromeliads and orchids consider just ordering a double batch.

I received a VERY GENEROUS amount of Spanish moss with this purchase with a gallon Ziplock completely filled, but the quality was fair to middling. About 25% of this Spanish moss arrived dead. Three months after the purchase and about 60% of the remaining Spanish moss is still viable and alive. Compared to my purchase from CTS Air Plants, what is alive is not as healthy or as robust. I'm not sure how much will survive a full year, but we'll see!

I just wish these sellers would be HONEST. I'm really getting tired being ripped off by them with their misleading listings. Clearly this bag was not "OVERSTUFFED" as promised.

Beautiful! I received a zip lock bag stuffed with Spanish moss. It's healthy, plump. I've ordered Spanish moss in the past from other sellers and the amount and quality don't come close to this.Keeping mine in a greenhouse, hanging off of several hanging orchid baskets. Looks like the bayou in there.

Moss looks nice but it could have been in a sandwich bag. Just a little disappointed since It may not be enough for the project I was considering it for. We'll see. Hopefully, it will grow.

This moss was sooooo fresh and smelled so good that I bought a second bag. There was a LOT of it too.

First let me say that this gallon size bag was STUFFED full. It's a lot and it's green and pretty. Shipped well enough that it was not dry when it arrived but it's cold out and there was no heat pack.It looks good.....right now..but...... so here we go.Pro1. a VERY generous amount2. Very green and healthyCon1. it was shipped in a paper grocery bag that was folded down and tapped. It's the middle of January and there was no heat pack in the bag. I'm not sure if there is cold damage or not. Time will tell.2. The bag is stuffed! ( great, right??? ) yes, it's great except that the moss was completely tangled. There is no way to tell what direction this should hang. From everything that I have seen, heard and read (which is a lot) Spanish Moss grows in a certain direction. If you change the direction it hangs, it will die. So I am doing the best I can and hoping that I get the direction right because I didn't buy this for "decoration" I bought it to grow it.So, again time will tell. I will update in about a month, that should be plenty of time to know if it's gonna die or not.

I ordered two gallons and was WAY more than I expected. Here they are right after their daily bath (I live in a dry winter climate). They arrived alive and well with her little brown ones. I've had them for about a week or so and they are still well, Let's hope I can keep them alive and well inside my home dispite living where I am. (Northern New York)
