Good product. Would have been 5 stars had they been marked by size.
Packaged all together in single, clear, unmarked plastic bag. No separation by size with no marked size on any of the heel tips. Had to use my ruler to identify each pair by size. All size pairs were included as advertised.Each tip's dowel was about 1/4" in length and the same size diameter as the old tips that I removed from the shoes. Meaning, the new doweled tips went into the shoe with no problems and were a good fit. I used a slight (pinhead's worth) dab of epoxy on each dowel. I figured by the time I have to replace these tips again, the shoes will most likely be worn out. I decided it was worth the epoxy bond versus the risk of not being able to replace the tips a 3rd time.I gave these 4 stars as they lacked size markings. Otherwise, they work as described. A good value when comparing the costs against quality.

These heel tips are as they appear on line. They come in different sizes. I have only used 1 pair. I replaced the old heel dowels on my wife's worn high heel shoes (but comfortable) with a pair of these and my wife said she enjoyed not having to hear the clucking sound as she walked on the hardwood floor.We thank you

Yes various tiny size varieties. Not what I expected
Dislike and can’t use. All very tiny for womens high heels only. I thought the sizes would work for other womens shoes like boots. Not worth it don’t buy

would NOT recommend them
The assortment did NOT contain all of the sizes promised in the literature on the product. Most of them were WAY too small to be of practical use on ANY shoe, but they WERE supposed to contain a set large enough to repair my wife's shoes. THAT was not the case. After waiting an extended amount of time to receive the package, it did not contain the 15mm set that I needed and they were plasticy and low quality to boot, in my opinion---NOT what you would buy at a local repair shop, albeit at a higher price. I ended up taking the shoes to a repair shop, since I couldn't wait to order anything else. TOTAL waste of money--- I should have taken them to a repair shop to begin with....

I guess I needed a wider variety of sizes, they were all too small for boot heals.

I read many reviews about this product. But, honestly, they worked fine for me. I didn't use a hammer to hammer them in because they slipped in easily. I tried walking on my new heel and so far so good.

Was happy to be able to fix my shoes myself
Was happy to be able to fix my shoes myself. It was very easy and fit most of my shoes. Unfortunately, they did not fit my boots but thought that may be the case. The shipment came when it was expected.

I received an email saying it would deliver a month, I was very upset. It ended up coming in 2-3 weeks. Some fit and the other dowels were not the size I had in mind.
