Good quality glove
These are much better than the gloves sold at Tractor Supply or Rural King.The problem I have with the cheaper gloves is when your hands get sweaty, The inside of the glove sticks to your hand when you take them off. Once this happens the gloves never fit the same again.These gloves will not do that.

Good for stick and mig
Honestly the best gloves I’ve ever had. I’ve only used these gloves for years. Nothing better. The heat resistants is pretty good. Wouldn’t recommend for tig welding. Dexterity is pretty good for standard stuff
