remember to add eWeLink Smart Home to make it discoverable by Alexa smart home devices
So yeah, create another account, another password, etc. with eWeLink to get this working with Alexa. (pitb) Also don't forget to add the eWeLink Smart Home skill else Alexa will never see the device. But the reward is 3 options in Alexa device list: both on or select each outlet individually. Now I can turn the outside Christmas lights on and off without going outside!

Handy AF
It’s stupid that the protective cover isn’t separated for each outlet, but the device itself is handy AF. We hooked it to a string or lights on the porch, and scheduled the power through the app so it automatically comes on whenever we set it. I wouldn’t say the app was super easy to use, but I figured it out and I’m not a genius.

Connection issues make it frustrating
I am honestly beyond frustrated with this device. My house is lined with a different brand of smart plugs and never has this degree of difficulty. The first device came without a manual, so I had to contact the company only to figure out I had received a defective unit. They sent a new unit fairly quickly but when it came, it too required an unreasonable amount of effort to connect. The WIFI network provided as an alternative pairing option is not an option in my settings, on three different phones. Once I finally got it connected to the app and linked to Alexa it worked great. But then I had connection issues again, reinstalled the app and now it won’t connect no matter what I do. I feel duped :(Update: I had received two different instructions for which app to pair. Customer service told me to connect to eWeLink but this doesn’t work. The manual says you need to use Smart Life app which works in a flash!!

Versatile smart plug
This double smart plug is very useful. It can control 2 devices through the app or Alexa. It is ideal for exterior lighting, like Halloween or holiday decorations. It is also capable of handling fountain or sump pumps. The 15 amps is plenty to handle many exterior applications. Setup is easy, you load the app and connect up to your wifi. Build quality is excellent, and the unit has a grounded plug for safety. The included manual is easy to understand. I recommend the outdoor smart plug.

Finally connected after many attempts
I had a hard time getting this to connect with my wi-fi. It took five attempt and only worked when I used the "AP" method (which is an alternate connection method they have available when the "quick" connect fails). After it finally connected however, it has worked well and paired with Alexa easily after enabling the "Smart Life App" skill.

Surprisingly good.
The app isn't very user friendly, but once you set it up you're done with it.Mine has disconnected a couple of times but I have it outside in a somewhat remote location, far away from my router so I've added a wifi extender to my network and so far so good.So far it has survived a couple thunderstorms without missing a beat, so I'm extremely impressed for the price point. I wasn't expecting much but I got everything I should of expected from a unit twice the price at least.

Easy Alexa paring.
I use this to power my bistro lights on the patio. Alexa paring is great. So convenient to run my Christmas lights in the winter. I've had it for a year with no issues.

Good plug
Good plug working well so far with it had a slightly thiner plug at top so multiple things could be put into an outlet. but otherwise its ok.

No support and apps gone wonky
I loved this product whilst it was working for a few months then it no longer worked as it could not find the wifi then it could not find the device. To top it off it appears that the company is no longer supporting customers and seems to have disappeared all together. I wish they brought down their Facebook page or say it is no longer serving the public.
