I actually bought 2 of this kind of torch. The red one here and one of their black ones. I just received them yesterday. I filled each of them and tested them. They both seemed to be quality-built lighters. Fast forward to today, the red one will not light up, no matter what. After making sure it had plenty of fluid, you can hear it coming out when you push the trigger. I realized the igniter isn't throwing a spark. Can't get it to spark at all to ignite the lighter, so this one is a dud. Really disappointed because it feels to be built really well. But look and feel can be deceiving, I guess.

I read all of the reviews. The bad ones say it didn't last long. I live in CA, so nobody in the US ships 99.999% butane from CA that this lighterrequires. Except Temu can, and did for 1/3 the price it sells for in US. With shipping, I paid less than $20 for 3 cans. Smoke shops don't sell this clean butane. I bought it to heat engine bolts that I used red thread locker ion in error. Mapp gas throws out too large of a flame against a freshly painted motor. If it stops working same as new, I will update.

I don't know that these will be used after the butane has run out. The majority of the butane ran out onto the floor when I attempted to fill them. I got them filled but only after using most of a brand new can. The can nozzle wouldn't seat on the lighter fill tip properly so the butane was leaking out. They're a large size. Not mini or smaller the way you may think. Flame strength goes from cigarette lighter to crack pipe lighter. Really easy to use. It seems to be made of some material like plastic but I suppose it's a decent quality.
