This camera displays, captures, saves crispy, higher pixel density images and videos (1024X768) directly to the tablet memory without the need of a laptop or computer. The most important feature of the camera is easy to use and setup. Once mounted on the top of the c-mount trinocular microscope and starting the camera, the live image will present right in front of you immediately. You do not need to install any drivers and application program, nor system compatible issues be concerned as other microscope digital camera does. Automatic algorithms stored in the CPU of the camera controls any parameter adjustment, such as white balance, exposure time etc. smartly so that you do not even need worry about the parameter adjustment at all. One touch of the screen allows you to document your pictures to system memory or external storage devices like mini SD card or USB. Integrated with 2.0 MP CMOS camera, our tablet camera allows high speed image acquisition. You can also do the target searching, focusing through the screen easily, instead of the microscope eyepieces. The pathologist HATED it. But it only 2 mega pixel so ...
Saw this today in a pathologist's office. The pathologist HATED it. But it only 2 mega pixel so it is pretty much useless in a professional environment. I think it might be OK in a junior high or high school classroom. Just not enough resolution for much else.
